About E2E Test Club
Our Mission
E2E Test Club is dedicated to promoting the art and science of beekeeping in the Test area. We provide education, mentoring, and community support for beekeepers of every experience level — from "considering my first hive" to "managing dozens of colonies for years."
What We Do
- Monthly meeting presentations on seasonal management and best practices
- Hands-on workshops and field-day hive inspections
- A new-beekeeper mentoring program (mentors trade time, not money)
- Coordinated swarm collection during swarm season
- Community outreach — pollinator education, school visits, fair booths
- A members area with a directory, photo gallery, discussion forum, and marketplace
Local Beekeeping
Beekeeping in Test has its own rhythm — local forage, climate, and pest pressure shape what works here and what doesn't. Our members share knowledge tuned to local conditions: when the nectar flow really starts, when to start varroa treatments, what plants are reliable producers, and how to read the weather like a beekeeper.
What a Year Looks Like
- Spring: New-beekeeper workshops, package bee orders, hive buildup
- Summer: Inspections, swarm catching, honey extraction, queen evaluation
- Fall: Varroa treatment, winter prep, feeding strategies
- Winter: Educational presentations, equipment maintenance, planning for spring
